we owned kmart stock and was notified it was not worth any value. and lost our money we paid for the stock. then kmart bought sears. then they sold a valuable collection of art work. is there a class action lawsuit filed against kmart?

I took prempro for over 10 years and am a breast cancer survivor..Also I have osteopenia which they stated would be prevented with prempro. What do I do next?

I would like to also be included in a class action lawsuit. I took Premarin for over l2 yrs. and developed breast cancer. The biopsy results indicated it was estrogen positive as a result of taking Premarin. My oncologyst took me off this medication right away. There should be some compensation for a patient that has suffered all of the effects of radiation to their body, and the taking of medication for five yrs (Arimidex) that makes you so sick every day after taking it to hopefully kill out the rest of the cancer cells in your body. Please respond. Thank you.
